Who is RTT® suitable for?
RTT® is for anyone the age of 18 years or older. RTT® is for you if you have worn out other options with little to no change occurring in your life, and you're left frustrated. If you are willing and wanting change, RTT® is for you!
**There are however a few exceptions to this. If you are diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder, Schizophrenia, epilepsy, or psychosis, it is NOT recommended you undergo hypnosis**

Does RTT® work?
YES! I am a walking testimony for this therapy. I started as a client and received dramatic results after just one session. Check out the testimonials and see others results for yourself! It doesn't matter what the issue is. Hypnosis has worked for millions. RTT is based on neuroscience. By creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as those that occur during REM when you're asleep, we have access to your subconscious, and this is where the work is done and lasting change occurs!

What does hypnosis feel like?
It feels different for different people, but it is a very strong feeling of deep relaxation. A hypnotic state is completely natural. When you go into hypnosis, theta waves are activated in your brain. This also happens during REM sleep when you dream, and when you daydream and zone out. Have you even driven a familiar route and then asked yourself, "How did I get home?" That is a hypnotic state.

Will I be awake?
Yes. You will not be going to sleep in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a "sleep" of the nervous system. The conscious mind goes to rest, and your subconscious mind comes to the forefront. If anything, you will be more present and focused. You will be in control and completely aware throughout your whole session.

What issues can RTT be used for?
RTT can be used for a wide variety of issues including: compulsive behaviors, bad habits, anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, guilt, weight problems, exercise, eating problems, depression, confidence, self-esteem, motivation, feeling unlovable or not enough, procrastination, nerves, sexual problems, trauma, smoking, relationships, childhood problems, dissociation, and addictions.
Disclaimer: While I am willing to work with addiction, if you are physically dependent on a substance, it is recommended you are detoxed by a medical professional before having a session. It is very dangerous to stop certain substances without professional monitoring.

What if I can't be hypnotized?
Everyone can! As long as you are willing to enter into hypnosis, you will!

How will I feel after the session?
Everyone is different. You may feel lighter, like a weight has just been lifted off of you. You may feel a deep sense of peace. You could feel joyous and free. You may also feel very tired and feel the need to rest and sleep. You may also find yourself being very reflective of the session, and you may have more insight come to you about what occurred in the session. Everyone leaves with a new sense of understanding and compassion for themselves. Most importantly you will leave feeling empowered knowing you just did some really amazing work of letting go! It's important to spend the rest of your session day resting, relaxing, and nourishing yourself.

When do I begin to see changes?
Three types of change occur from Rapid Transformational Therapy®, and every person is different.
1) Immediate shift/change: You feel a massive shift right away. You may feel it happening during the session. It feels like there's been a change in your physiology. You will notice a change in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors right after the session. This is the lifting I speak of!
2) Cumulative: You will see consistent shifts every day, and over the next few weeks as you continue to listen to your recording.
3) Retrospective: You don't notice an instant shift, but as time passes and you really look at yourself, your thoughts, and behaviors, you can see that you HAVE changed!
You can also experience a combination of all three. Just make sure that you are listening to your recording for the 21 days! This is a crucial part of your results! Results have a snowball effect. You can see changes from a session continue to make themselves present three months, six months, or a year down the road after your session!

Where will my session take place?
Your session will take place virtually over Zoom. RTT® is just as effective virtually, as it is in person. The beauty of being in your own home is you can be propped up in your bed with a blanket, if that's where you feel most comfortable. You also don't have to worry about driving home after your session, and you can continue your day resting and taking care of yourself.
